Refund Policy

We offer a 7 day refund window from the initial date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your service, you may request a refund within this period. If any portion of the service has already been delivered or completed within those 7 days, refunds may be prorated or declined based on work completed. After the 7 day period, all sales are final. This includes any subscription renewals, which are non-refundable once processed.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and No Show Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and not eligible for refund or reschedule.

Subscription Policy

By purchasing any subscription based service, you agree to automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or as otherwise stated). Your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. Due to the time, planning, and resources allocated to each client, all subscription renewals are final and non-refundable once processed. This includes unused time, services, or lack of engagement during the billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to services until that period concludes. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
